Entry from the streetside door. Water heater is tucked behind door to the left.
Lower photo shows bi-fold door under stairs open revealing washer & dryer. Small door gives access to built-in stereo cabinet. Ceiling redone with speakers and recessed lighting. There are exterior speakers, too.
Active One custom built the 12' bay window viewable from living room, kitchen and both entries.
Late afternoon sun comes in from the west.
The left window in this bedroom looks onto Langley Road.
Both main floor bedrooms have deep closets
Main floor bath was just remodeled
Across from the bathroom is the washer/dryer space where you can also tuck a broom, mop and some screens
This is the smallest of the 4 bedrooms, but there is still enough room for a double futon, dresser, TV and bookcase.
This window (below) faces Cordley Lake. The small louvered door provides access to the back of the stereo cabinet. It would be very easy to put a flat screen TV where the cork board is and hide the wiring.
Taken on different days, it is still the same master bedroom
In between the master and the second upstairs bedroom is the bath with a soaking tub behind the door
The window in the second bedroom upstairs faces the yellow house.

Behind the shed there are doors to the crawl. This is where we store our kayaks and canoe in the winter.
In addition to swans, egrets, and blue herons, sandhill cranes often nest in the wetlands across the lake and stop by during migration in the Spring and Fall.
The cove at the Northern end of the lake
This photo was taken at 12:30, June 1 and shows the shade on the back on a sunny afternoon.
This is the view from the side porch looking west across the empty 1 1/2 lots. Together the house and the vacant land occupies 3 lots.

The two poor quality photos above were quick snaps from the cell phone in my pocket of a blue heron
Cedar Beach Association puts out several swim rafts for members to enjoy. There is no public access to Cordley Lake.
As the sun sets the lake is still being enjoyed by a fisherman and swimmers.
October sunrise
The lake is beautiful year round. There is often an ice-skating rink or two and huts for ice-fishing in the distance. The pole to the left has since been removed.
